What You Need on Your Computer to Run SNAP 2016

The following are the minimum system requirements for using SNAP 2016 on your computer:

      • Microsoft Office 2016 or Office 365 with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access (not Office Online)
      • .NET framework 3.5.1
      • C++
      • SNAP Skill Exam player
    *Windows RT is not supported Microsoft .NET 4.0 The Microsoft® .Net 4.6 Framework is a utility required by the SNAP product for skill exams. Most computers will already have this installed. If your computer does not, running the SNAP Player installation should install it. Click http://www.emcp.com/net to view the version(s) of .Net installed on your computer. Or you can download and install it yourself for free by clicking here. When using Windows 8 or higher, further action may be necessary to install Microsoft .NET 4.6. If you have difficulty enabling Microsoft .NET 4.6, your administrator may have configured your computer to use Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) instead of Windows Update for servicing. Ask your administrator to enable the policy to use Windows Update instead of WSUS.     6. Click the "Install" button to begin your download.
