Student/Instructor installation:
Click Check Configuration to confirm your computer has everything needed to run SNAP 2013 and install .NET framework 3.5.1 and the SNAP skill exam player if needed.
Lab/multiple computer installation:
To install the SNAP Player on multiple computers, click this link: Install Snap Player on Multiple Computers
Note: If you get a message stating that you need to uninstall a previous version before continuing, use this command:
msiexec /I [path to .msi file] REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=vomus /quiet

Office 365 Premium Academic Subscription (If included with textbook)
Please note: Textbooks do not contain a disc; it is a product key card that requires a download from office.com. See steps involved below:
- When you locate the key card, follow the instructions on the card, and go to https://officesetup.getmicrosoftkey.com/.
- Enter your 25-digit product key as prompted.
- Sign in or create a Microsoft account.
- Select your preferred country and language.
- From your “My Account” page with Microsoft, select the item that you want to install.
- Click the “Install” button to begin your download.
Install Office 2013 through Office 365:
- Sign into your Microsoft 365 account by navigating to This Link (Shortened URL: https://goo.gl/Xl8pP2 )
- Click the Install button listed under the Install section
- Click on Language and install options
- Click on Additional install options
- Choose Office 2013 (32-bit) from the drop-down under the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Office section and then click Install
- Select Run, then Yes to the next prompt
- Once the installation of Office 2013 is complete the “You’re good to go” message will display. Click All done to complete the installation.
Please Note: After installing Microsoft Office 2013, you’ll receive a notification to upgrade to Office 2016. We recommend that you dismiss this message to keep Microsoft Office 2013 installed on the computer.
